Jibun Techo : A System Change

My Jibun Techo A5 Slim Biz Diary is at the core of my planner system. This planner works really well for me since I started using it in 2019. For the upcoming year, I plan to use this planner even more in the future.

In the past, I didn’t use the Yearly Schedule page at all. I’ve decided to make use of this spread this year. Each day consists of two lines. I plan to use one line to log my account balance and the other line to log my steps for each day. My step log will be further broken down using a color code.

Another page I’ve never used is the My Dream spread. I plan to use this space to keep an overview of my goals.

This year I want to have my vision board in my planner. I plan to use the two page spread that shows the map of Japan. I will cover these pages with photos of my vision board.

A new spread this year are the pages for the 100 Wishes List. I plan to keep a record of good things that occur or that I am able to accomplish in 2021.

In the Monthly Project pages, I will track the habits that I want to work on each month. Additionally, this section will also house the progress for all of my writing projects and articles. From the top down, I will track my habits and my writings will be tracked from the bottom up. I focus on only a few habits each month, so I don’t anticipate running out of space. There is an adequate amount of space provided in this layout.

My Monthly Schedule and Weekly Schedule section will remain the same for the most part. The Monthly Schedule will be an overview of important tasks for the month, birthdays, holidays and appointments. Also, I have the task section on the monthly into two parts. One section holds my tasks for the month. The other section will hold a list of articles that I plan to work on for that month.

The Weekly Schedule will house an even more detailed view of my appointments and tasks. The side column has items that’s  be done on any day of the week. Specific tasks and appointments will go on the day that they will occur.

I think that I will be able to make even better use of my planner this year. I feel that I will be making my planner work for me even more than it did before.
